RAK LAB has a well-established Quality Management System. The laboratory management attaches great importance to ensuring that all personnel performing activities affecting quality have adequate experience and qualifications. This is achieved through the recruitment of suitably qualified personnel and the provision of adequate training. Staff undergoing training are provided with adequate supervision. Our staff are trained in various disciplines and special training is provided for specific projects, when required. Our quality-training program is based on the principle of continuous improvement.
RAK Lab activities shall be undertaken impartially. RAK Lab Management committed to ensure that all activities are carried out impartially, objectively and perceived as such by the interested parties in compliance with the relevant requirements.
