The management of the RAK Lab is committed to perform sampling, material testing, and research and investigations in the most efficient and accurate manner in accordance with the internationally recognized standards, and the regulations of the local authorities.
The laboratory shall document, establish and maintain a Quality Management System based on the guidelines and requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and accreditation bodies GCC Accreditation Centre (GAC) and Emirates National Accreditation System (ENAS). The Quality Management System shall cover all laboratory activities performed in the laboratory or on site. RAK Lab commits to implementing this policy with respect to all activities in its laboratories or on site, and to educating and familiarizing all employees with the Quality Management System.
The management commits to achieving a high level of reliability in all of its testing practices and results, through the use of highly reliable equipment and well-trained personnel. The management is committed to listen to the customers, identify their needs, deliver solutions and continuously improve on its quality and services.
